First time visitors will need to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out informational paper work. Most Spas book their appointments every 15, 30, 45 minutes or by the hour, every hour. Bathroom visits, client tardiness, disrobing and re-dressing will be included as part of the service time frame which has been alloted for each appointment. Times stated for services include the articles outlined in this statement. These are circumstances that are beyond our control when planning any appointment. Please arrive early for your appointment so that we may manage these circumstances better. *Our services require one-on-one personal and concentrated attention by each staff member to meet each clients needs exclusively. The traditional 20% gratuity should be provided by clients for our staff members and added to any party of three or more. Thank you in advance for your generosity. :)
